Ah the ever lasting love I have for the Gymshark seamless range is undeniable. I have been obsessed with the Gymshark Women Seamless collection since the day I got my hands on it. No other legging on planet earth makes your butt look so damn good! Gymshark are restocking today at 3pm UK time after popular demand for this new range of seamless gym gear and you just HAVE to be one of the lucky humans that gets their hands on some of the product.

I personally wear size small in the seamless range, the leggings are snug and fit real close and personal to your bootay – in a good way to give those buns a super duper lift and sculpt. I can squeeze into the XS in the previous seamless collection but this one is definitely a size SMALL, there is not too much give in them for squeezing!  (Bonus as they stay in good nick for so long and don’t sag or become loose!) The contour lines and the detailing on the leggings make them so flattering to your body shape and they suit so many different shapes and sizes! Across the Gymshark athlete table, every single girl looks amazing in these leggings! My personal favourite is the purple wash colour – ugh talk about instagram perfection.

If you wish to shop the new Gymshark restock of the Energy Seamless collection you will have to be fast! You can shop via my affiliate link here!

Check out some of my instagram shots to see how the range fits and looks on me:

Hello wonderful people! In my most recent YouTube vlog you will see Marco and I going out for dinner in Glasgow. Now to be fair we probably split our restaurant time 50/50 between vegan and non vegan restaurants. We love vegan restaurants of course but they tend to be dress down, very much chilled out, more bar/gig scene than dress up restaurants. That is why we venture out to non vegan restaurants that happen to cater VERY well for vegans as well as non vegans. In this week’s restaurant venture you will see us hit up a well known restaurant in Glasgow, Red Onion. Neither of us had visited before, mostly because we were unaware of the vegan menu on offer but boy we will be returning!

This is the type of restaurant you go to for a nice vegan meal, the fine dining type of experience. The kind you would get to dress up a bit to go along to, or the spot you would pick for an occasion dinner. It is a lot more “date night scene” than the typical vegan gig joint you find in Glasgow!

We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and head chef himself, a personal chef to none other than Bryan Adams over the years serving up vegan food to the star. Yes I know, it is pretty cool! Naturally we went for the vegan taster menu.  A 6 course taster menu filled with the best flavour combinations known to my taste buds. Yes I am going to talk this restaurant up because the food was supreme.  You can also order vegan items from the regular menu but I would highly suggest giving the 6 course taster menu a go! It was a totally different experience to anything Marco or I had ever had before.

You can see a copy of the menu above. My favourite 3 items out of the 6 had to be the “haggis” bon bons, the roast pumpkin tart and of course the brownies – duh. Every single course we had was honestly 10/10, absolutely delicious, full of fresh flavours and just simply divine. I honestly cannot recommend trying this menu out enough! Check out the restaurant website here for full info and to book a table for your next dining out venture, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Hey guys!

I had the pleasure of staying at the most chic beautiful hotel in London for the second time and I wanted to share it with you 🙂 I stayed at La Suite West last year as part of winning Peta UK hottest vegan competition so I knew how great this hotel was. I was down in London this week for a fun work trip and hit up La Suite West for my over night stay! It truly is such a gorgeous boutique style hotel and has an all vegan restaurant attached!

The surrounding area is stunning, very London instagram worthy! Inverness Terrace is a very picturesque British street and La Suite West makes it even better. In the heart of Paddington with 2 undergrounds minutes away from the hotel, this location makes it so easy to jump on a tube and go anywhere you want in London! Oxford Circus is a short tube ride away if you want to go shopping, or Covent Garden is also nearby for some vegan food! You might want to check out the hotel restaurant menu first though, all vegan menu by Nosh Garden Kitchen! I will be back to try out the all vegan afternoon tea pictured below!

I must admit I have an obsession with white and also with marble. This made me swoon over the bathroom. Yes I get excited over instagram worthy bathrooms ok!

Ready for a perfect night sleep. If you want to check out this hotel or restaurant for yourself click here to make a booking for your next trip to London!

Hey everyone! Welcome back to my blog. I am writing a post up about our favourite places to eat vegan whilst we were over in Orlando and let me say there were quite a lot of really good places so I was pleasantly surprised. We did stick to supermarket finds throughout the day and tended to go out at night for restaurant meals and were constantly on the hunt for the best vegan desserts Orlando had to offer. I hope this helps some of you if you are traveling here and need to know the best options!

ALL VEGAN. ALL GOOD. I recommend the orange juice mimosas .. oops. We had different meals each time we went but our favourite was 100% the Samson burger. I swear it tasted like a Big Mac!

Everyone in instagram ranted and raved and forced us to go here. It was decent yes but not my favourite. They had a great tempeh taco and Marco enjoyed the soy dogs with a side of mac n cheese. We also had 4 too many desserts!

Again an all veggie establishment with delicious asian inspired food. This was one of my favourite places to eat. Not what we would consider a restaurant more of a canteen/cafe style place but delicious none the less. I highly recommend the pineapple and tofu burger..yum.

Not all vegan but the options we had were delish. A tofu and veggie wrap with blue chips and salsa with a side of peanut butter protein smoothie.

Not all vegan but omg all delicious. All pizzas could be made vegan and they had the option of vegan daiya cheese. We went for a fully loaded veggie pizza, tempeh and the cheese. Holy cow. How I managed to eat 99% of an America medium pizza I will never know. It was just that good.

We grabbed a snack here because we read online that the Auntie Anne’s pretzels could be made vegan. Ask for a dairy free pretzel and they make it with oil instead of butter (just glaze it) and they top it with the most amazing cinnamon sugar ever. Perfect full fat snack attack.

Hey guys! I am writing to you from Orlando, Florida right now, sadly it is my last day! The weather has been amazing, apart from a few cloudy evenings here and there which you will see from my photos below! I am working with Buchanan Galleries to bring you this post to show you some of the outfits I shopped before I came. For those of you who do not know, Buchanan Galleries is an indoor shopping centre in Glasgow, Scotland home to a great variety of shops for all your fashion needs! My personal favourite shops within the centre are River Island, H&M and even Quiz has surprised me with a few great items this summer.

Buchanan Galleries are hosting a huge competition where you can WIN your summer wardrobe! It is so easy and the competition is coming to a close this Thursday 29th June so carefully read the details below on how to enter and you can get yourself on over there this week and try bag yourself a new wardrobe!

For your chance to win a whopping £1,000 worth of Buchanan Galleries gift cards just in time for summer, simply guess how many beach balls are in the net suspended above our Summer Hub on the ground floor, opposite John Lewis. You can submit your entry using the iPads or printed forms available at the Summer Hub. Competition closes on Thursday 29th June.

Outfit number one is this amazing jumpsuit from Quiz. I must say this is the most comfortable, best fitting and an around perfect item. I have worn this on a few occasions so far when the weather has been a little cooler and cloudy at night (hence the sky in the photo below!) You can shop it here: JUMPSUIT

Now the rest of my clothes were bought in River Island, I can’t even lie, I love the place! It is always my go to store and the one in Buchanan Galleries is amazing and always has a great selection.

First up is this amazing floaty arm wrap top which you will see is a common style in this post. I firstly got this burgundy, yellow, black toned top and paired it with some grey shorts, both which you can shop here: TOP / SHORTS

This may be my favourite outfit as it is so comfortable and flattering yet can look both casual and dressy all at once. Exactly what you need on holiday. A fitted pink crop top and some high waisted white torn shorts. SHORTS / TOP

Next is this amazing blue wrap top, similar to the one above but also very different at the same time!  I cannot find the exact top on the website but you can shop the exact top in a different colour pattern here: TOP

My next outfit, also from River Island, was this cute and cosy off the shoulder white top paired again with the grey shorts! You can shop it here along with the black sunglasses: TOP / GLASSES

Last but not least is this amazing pair of shoes, wooden candles with a white and gold detail. I am absolutely in love with them as you can probably tell from the photos as they are in every single one!  These were on sale so sadly I have no link to them!

Hey guys! I am writing up a blog post for you guys regarding Marco and I ‘s latest holiday adventure to Tenerife. I will show you our favourite vegan restaurant, where my clothes were from and where we stayed so keep reading !

We stayed at Hotel Gala in Las Americas of Tenerife. We stayed half board so had breakfast and dinner buffets included. The food was decent enough but just not what we are used to eating (i.e. no beans, tofu etc! ). The breakfast buffet was standard fruit, oats and toast which was fine to start off the day but usually meant a big lunch! We sourced an amazing restaurant called Buena Vida 100% Vegan and went there 3 times it was that good! For dinner the buffet options for vegans consisted of salads, pasta, potatoes, sometimes a veggie paella rice dish which was awesome and bread! Like I said, decent enough :)!

For those asking about my bikinis on instagram I shopped online at both Misguided and pretty little thing. Bottoms here and top here !

As for night time outfits my favourite had to be the dress by Miss Holly the label which is now unavailable.

My next favourite was this flare sleeve top by River Island that you can shop here. Trousers were also River Island from last year.

HEY GUYS! This weekend my sister and I checked out Glasgow’s latest vegan cafe spot .. Picnic. You can find this cute little cafe on Ingram Street. I must say that it is just what Glasgow needed. HEALTHY vegan food. We have plenty of vegan spots in Glasgow but it is not easy to grab some healthy sandwiches, wraps, soups, smoothies and juices .. not all from the one place anyway! Sarah and I tried the panini, the berry smoothies, the snowball (dessert of course) and LOVED IT!

Bonjour babes! I am finally getting round to posting this Paris blog post after a few days back! What can I say it is Christmas time 🙂

I will try keep it short and concise for all those wanting to travel to Paris themselves and easily use this information. We booked our holiday through EasyJet and stayed at the Hotel WO Wilson Opera on Rue de Stockholm. It was a beautiful boutique hotel and we got upgraded to a room with a balcony .. instagram dream or what! We decided to pop into the local super market the Intermarche a few minutes walk from our hotel to stock up on food for breakfast and snacks. We bought cereals like weetabix and special K, we bought tinned fruit to add on top (much cheaper than fresh fruit), a large innocent smoothie to get some micros in there! We also bought Belvita chocolate top breakfast biscuits. Our hotel provided free apples, jam and tea and coffee. What more could you want for breakfast!?

Our first day in Paris was spent wandering around taking it all in. We wandered down the Champ Elysees and somehow wandered to the Eifell tower at night. My god it was a sight! For dinner we went to Hank’s Vegan Pizza. We shared 6 pizza pieces, a cookie and some other chocolate biscuit dessert. To be honest it was no the best, a solid 4 out of 10. It was more like eating a focaccia with veg.

On our second day in Paris we went to Disneyland! We had our usual hotel breakfast before we left, took some Square bars and apples with us and also managed to get the wrong train! When we did end up in Disneyland we realised (much to our assumptions) that the vegan food choices were not easily found. BUT we did eventually find a good little number! Pizzeria Bella Notte were very helpful in providing us with the allergen book to find that the napolina pasta (basic tomato pasta) was vegan friendly, we added side salads, chilli oil and the salad dressing to make a full meal. Mix it all together i swear it was so tasty!

We had this really late so we did not have a dinner later on other than some supermarket snacks which included bread, hummus, crisps and watched Home Alone!

Day three we decided to go sightseeing and headed for the Louvre. We headed out for breakfast and went to the Bob’s Kitchen but to be honest all we got was an acai bowl and protein shake as we were mistaken that the pancakes WERE NOT vegan friendly. Gutted. But we made up for it when we went to Cloud Cakes for lunch! We ordered soup, quiche, carrot cake and hot chocolate … an all vegan bakery .. just what we needed! We also grabbed some croissants for the following mornings breakfast!

After our sight seeing we headed for dinner at Hanks Burger which to be honest we were hesitant about after their pizza being a let down. HOWEVER the burger was so much better and we recommend it!

We also went to a cute Parisian restaurant for some wine and chill time to soak in the city and used the website Barnivore to see what was vegan friendly wine.

I hope you find this helpful for your own visit to Pairs, i recommend Cloud Cakes out of all the places we visited! There are plenty more vegan restaurants available that we did not visit so be sure to check out Happy Cow for yourself to see where you want to visit!
