Hey everyone! Welcome back to my blog. I am writing a post up about our favourite places to eat vegan whilst we were over in Orlando and let me say there were quite a lot of really good places so I was pleasantly surprised. We did stick to supermarket finds throughout the day and tended to go out at night for restaurant meals and were constantly on the hunt for the best vegan desserts Orlando had to offer. I hope this helps some of you if you are traveling here and need to know the best options!

  1. ETHOS VEGAN KITCHEN:

ALL VEGAN. ALL GOOD. I recommend the orange juice mimosas .. oops. We had different meals each time we went but our favourite was 100% the Samson burger. I swear it tasted like a Big Mac!

2. MARKET ON SOUTH:

Everyone in instagram ranted and raved and forced us to go here. It was decent yes but not my favourite. They had a great tempeh taco and Marco enjoyed the soy dogs with a side of mac n cheese. We also had 4 too many desserts!

3. LOVING HUT:

Again an all veggie establishment with delicious asian inspired food. This was one of my favourite places to eat. Not what we would consider a restaurant more of a canteen/cafe style place but delicious none the less. I highly recommend the pineapple and tofu burger..yum.

4. GREEN ROOM CAFE, COCOA BEACH:

Not all vegan but the options we had were delish. A tofu and veggie wrap with blue chips and salsa with a side of peanut butter protein smoothie.

5. MELLOW MUSHROOM PIZZA:

Not all vegan but omg all delicious. All pizzas could be made vegan and they had the option of vegan daiya cheese. We went for a fully loaded veggie pizza, tempeh and the cheese. Holy cow. How I managed to eat 99% of an America medium pizza I will never know. It was just that good.

6. UNIVERSAL STUDIOS:

We grabbed a snack here because we read online that the Auntie Anne’s pretzels could be made vegan. Ask for a dairy free pretzel and they make it with oil instead of butter (just glaze it) and they top it with the most amazing cinnamon sugar ever. Perfect full fat snack attack.

Hey guys! I am writing to you from Orlando, Florida right now, sadly it is my last day! The weather has been amazing, apart from a few cloudy evenings here and there which you will see from my photos below! I am working with Buchanan Galleries to bring you this post to show you some of the outfits I shopped before I came. For those of you who do not know, Buchanan Galleries is an indoor shopping centre in Glasgow, Scotland home to a great variety of shops for all your fashion needs! My personal favourite shops within the centre are River Island, H&M and even Quiz has surprised me with a few great items this summer.

Buchanan Galleries are hosting a huge competition where you can WIN your summer wardrobe! It is so easy and the competition is coming to a close this Thursday 29th June so carefully read the details below on how to enter and you can get yourself on over there this week and try bag yourself a new wardrobe!

For your chance to win a whopping £1,000 worth of Buchanan Galleries gift cards just in time for summer, simply guess how many beach balls are in the net suspended above our Summer Hub on the ground floor, opposite John Lewis. You can submit your entry using the iPads or printed forms available at the Summer Hub. Competition closes on Thursday 29th June.

Outfit number one is this amazing jumpsuit from Quiz. I must say this is the most comfortable, best fitting and an around perfect item. I have worn this on a few occasions so far when the weather has been a little cooler and cloudy at night (hence the sky in the photo below!) You can shop it here: JUMPSUIT

Now the rest of my clothes were bought in River Island, I can’t even lie, I love the place! It is always my go to store and the one in Buchanan Galleries is amazing and always has a great selection.

First up is this amazing floaty arm wrap top which you will see is a common style in this post. I firstly got this burgundy, yellow, black toned top and paired it with some grey shorts, both which you can shop here: TOP / SHORTS

This may be my favourite outfit as it is so comfortable and flattering yet can look both casual and dressy all at once. Exactly what you need on holiday. A fitted pink crop top and some high waisted white torn shorts. SHORTS / TOP

Next is this amazing blue wrap top, similar to the one above but also very different at the same time!  I cannot find the exact top on the website but you can shop the exact top in a different colour pattern here: TOP

My next outfit, also from River Island, was this cute and cosy off the shoulder white top paired again with the grey shorts! You can shop it here along with the black sunglasses: TOP / GLASSES

Last but not least is this amazing pair of shoes, wooden candles with a white and gold detail. I am absolutely in love with them as you can probably tell from the photos as they are in every single one!  These were on sale so sadly I have no link to them!

Hey guys! I am writing up a blog post for you guys regarding Marco and I ‘s latest holiday adventure to Tenerife. I will show you our favourite vegan restaurant, where my clothes were from and where we stayed so keep reading !

We stayed at Hotel Gala in Las Americas of Tenerife. We stayed half board so had breakfast and dinner buffets included. The food was decent enough but just not what we are used to eating (i.e. no beans, tofu etc! ). The breakfast buffet was standard fruit, oats and toast which was fine to start off the day but usually meant a big lunch! We sourced an amazing restaurant called Buena Vida 100% Vegan and went there 3 times it was that good! For dinner the buffet options for vegans consisted of salads, pasta, potatoes, sometimes a veggie paella rice dish which was awesome and bread! Like I said, decent enough :)!

For those asking about my bikinis on instagram I shopped online at both Misguided and pretty little thing. Bottoms here and top here !

As for night time outfits my favourite had to be the dress by Miss Holly the label which is now unavailable.

My next favourite was this flare sleeve top by River Island that you can shop here. Trousers were also River Island from last year.

HEY GUYS! This weekend my sister and I checked out Glasgow’s latest vegan cafe spot .. Picnic. You can find this cute little cafe on Ingram Street. I must say that it is just what Glasgow needed. HEALTHY vegan food. We have plenty of vegan spots in Glasgow but it is not easy to grab some healthy sandwiches, wraps, soups, smoothies and juices .. not all from the one place anyway! Sarah and I tried the panini, the berry smoothies, the snowball (dessert of course) and LOVED IT!

JEANS MOLLY SKINNY JEGGING BY RIVERISLAND: http://www.riverisland.com/women/jeans/jeggings/mid-blue-wash-ripped-molly-jeggings-694565

Bonjour babes! I am finally getting round to posting this Paris blog post after a few days back! What can I say it is Christmas time 🙂

I will try keep it short and concise for all those wanting to travel to Paris themselves and easily use this information. We booked our holiday through EasyJet and stayed at the Hotel WO Wilson Opera on Rue de Stockholm. It was a beautiful boutique hotel and we got upgraded to a room with a balcony .. instagram dream or what! We decided to pop into the local super market the Intermarche a few minutes walk from our hotel to stock up on food for breakfast and snacks. We bought cereals like weetabix and special K, we bought tinned fruit to add on top (much cheaper than fresh fruit), a large innocent smoothie to get some micros in there! We also bought Belvita chocolate top breakfast biscuits. Our hotel provided free apples, jam and tea and coffee. What more could you want for breakfast!?

Our first day in Paris was spent wandering around taking it all in. We wandered down the Champ Elysees and somehow wandered to the Eifell tower at night. My god it was a sight! For dinner we went to Hank’s Vegan Pizza. We shared 6 pizza pieces, a cookie and some other chocolate biscuit dessert. To be honest it was no the best, a solid 4 out of 10. It was more like eating a focaccia with veg.

On our second day in Paris we went to Disneyland! We had our usual hotel breakfast before we left, took some Square bars and apples with us and also managed to get the wrong train! When we did end up in Disneyland we realised (much to our assumptions) that the vegan food choices were not easily found. BUT we did eventually find a good little number! Pizzeria Bella Notte were very helpful in providing us with the allergen book to find that the napolina pasta (basic tomato pasta) was vegan friendly, we added side salads, chilli oil and the salad dressing to make a full meal. Mix it all together i swear it was so tasty!

We had this really late so we did not have a dinner later on other than some supermarket snacks which included bread, hummus, crisps and watched Home Alone!

Day three we decided to go sightseeing and headed for the Louvre. We headed out for breakfast and went to the Bob’s Kitchen but to be honest all we got was an acai bowl and protein shake as we were mistaken that the pancakes WERE NOT vegan friendly. Gutted. But we made up for it when we went to Cloud Cakes for lunch! We ordered soup, quiche, carrot cake and hot chocolate … an all vegan bakery .. just what we needed! We also grabbed some croissants for the following mornings breakfast!

After our sight seeing we headed for dinner at Hanks Burger which to be honest we were hesitant about after their pizza being a let down. HOWEVER the burger was so much better and we recommend it!

We also went to a cute Parisian restaurant for some wine and chill time to soak in the city and used the website Barnivore to see what was vegan friendly wine.

I hope you find this helpful for your own visit to Pairs, i recommend Cloud Cakes out of all the places we visited! There are plenty more vegan restaurants available that we did not visit so be sure to check out Happy Cow for yourself to see where you want to visit!

Hey guys, today i wanted to talk to you about a brand i recently came across and wanted to share with you:)! Amrita wellness retreat … how nice does it sound already!

Whilst this is a detox based company, i am very careful when promoting detoxing as some can be unhealthy and unrealistic! Lets get to the juicy juicy…

Everyone suffers from a lack of gift ideas. And everyone tends to take in more toxins over New Years. Greasy foods, alcohol, junk food, and other toxic overloads get into our bodies. So hear this: Recently I came across an all-natural body cleanse from Koh Samui, Thailand called Easy Detox by Amrita. It claims to be pleasant, effective and a safe way to cleanse your body from harmful toxins, and protect you against oxidative damage. Better, it lets you have your food and lead your busy lifestyle.

It would sound too good to be true if not for their roster of 5-star properties like W Retreat, Banyan Tree and Kempinski that all use Amrita’s science-based methodology for luxury wellness retreats. Amrita’s Easy Detox system integrates detoxifying herbal shakes, healthy eats, and light exercise.

For normal folks like us, Amrita has a reasonably priced (around 69 quid) Easy Detox home kit (did I mention with free international delivery?) which uses the same 5-star methodology and herbal formula to provide a gentle, all-natural 7-day body cleanse for busy people, whilst letting them eat and lead their regular lifestyle. Now you are talking. It’s not like we all have a week or two and an endless bank account to jet off to Thailand!

Below is a summary of what I learned on their website:

  1. Easy Detox 7-day home kit includes a 100% organic herbal formula with herbs freeze-dried for best preservation.
  2.  Herbal shakes are packaged in convenient single-serve sachets which are small and light (8g only) to carry in your handbag.
  3. Each sachet  contains 16 organic ingredients, for a gentle cleanse experience. You can view the full list of ingredients here: www.easydetox.co/ingredients
  4. The kits come with an E-Book, and  nutritional guidelines that tell you exactly what you can eat during the 7-days of your body cleanse and 5-star online support.
  5. Programme benefits include higher energy, weight optimisation, improved digestion and better skin, to name a few. There are tons of testimonials  and online purchase is a snap with PayPal or plastic.
  6. There are 3  types of kits available:
  7. Mini
  8. Classic
  9. Deluxe

The premium Easy Detox Deluxe Kit even comes with Thai facial masks, a post-cleanse probiotic treatment, and a beautiful cookbook with 5 different diet types, and 100+ recipes by famous 5-Star chefs. But it is too pricey…my opinion is that the Classic kit has much better value.

You can view what’s included in each kit here: www.easydetox.co/veganaesthetics   and you can also enjoy a promo price on Classic kits, thanks to my humble efforts.

“What’s with this URL?” you may be asking.  The answer is simple: I was quite impressed with Easy Detox, so I asked them for a seasonal promo, they said “yes” and handed me this page with a special deal which I gladly extend to you in this post.

To cut to the chase, if a good body cleanse sounds like a good gift idea by now, grab this deal, you can still get it by New Years. They say it takes around a week for the kit to get to UK.  And your friends can party with confidence and have a clean and healthy 2017 start after.  It may be a good idea to consider this healthy gift to yourself too. If you party, of course!

Hope the above review is helpful. Have a great coming holiday and remember this wise saying: “It’s time to retox, and it’s time to detox!” and if we all choose to retox differently, it may be a good idea to stick to 5-star detox after.

Here is link to a special deal one more time for you: www.easydetox.co/veganaesthetics

Please do remember that detoxing is not a quick fix, it is not a diet, it is merely to help cleanse your body and get you back on track to your healthy lifestyle!

Happy Saturday guys! I thought it was time to upload another Gymshark haul, especially since the release of this amazing new Calvin Klein style underwear. I do not know about you but I am bit of an underwear fan, it has to be my favourite type of clothing … if it constitutes clothing! They have 4 amazing colours: black, white, grey and mint green which you can see below. They also released the underwear in 2 sets: tops with briefs and tops with thongs. Thank goodness for thongs or our squat booty would be ruined in leggings with the presence of granny pant lines!

If you want to check out any of Gymshark’s range, now is a great time! They have just launched their blackout sale with loads of items discounted along with some new product releases! Follow this link to shop now: bit.ly/GS-Stefanie

WELL … where do I start! A girls night full of vegan friendly food and drink in the heart of Glasgow with 5 of my amazing social media followers?!

screen-shot-2016-10-25-at-13-11-36

Last week myself and 5 of my followers from Instagram were treated to an exclusive night at Zizzi’s restaurant in Glasgow to sample their new autumn/winter menu. They already had a few vegan options on their menu which were to die for but hello the new dessert ….. CALZONE?!

Yes that’s right pizza for dessert. We all started with some skinny organic and vegan prosecco, a few fruitini cocktails before sharing out bruschetta and garlic bread slices for starter nibbles. The 6 of us had a variety of mains between us ranging from vegan pizza (the best cheese you will ever taste can be found at Zizzis!) and some yummy lentil ragu spaghetti!

The best part of the evening and of any evening for that matter is DESSERT. If you should take anything away from my social media it is that I LOVE DESSERT OMG.  This dessert was a banana, blueberry and pecan filled sweet calzone with chocolate and coconut ice cream. Like what the hell is going on.

BEST FOOD EVER. THANK YOU TO ZIZZI AND TO THE 5 GIRLS WHO JOINED ME FOR OUR AMAZING MEAL
