~200 grams tofu



1. Drape the wraps over the oven tray and toast for 8-10 minutes

2. Using a non stick pan, stir fry the tofu in one pan and the rest of the vegetables in another, this will take about 10 minutes

3. Boil or steam your potatoes

4. When the vegetables are ready, cut up the tofu and mix in, also do this with your potatoes and then mix in the salsa to heat

5. Remove the taco shells from the oven and stuff with your mixture
